Robert Lim is an entrepreneur and investment professional with more than 20 years of experience across international trade, alternative investment, infrastructure development, and cross-border business.

He currently serves as Chairman of Shin Yang Trading, GAON EZ Construction in Thailand, and The Partners, and has previously founded and led private equity and venture capital businesses. His career has focused on identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and connecting companies and investors across international markets.

Robert has also supported international trade and business cooperation at the government level, including serving as a Trade Advisor to the Government of Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, where he facilitated opportunities between Korean and Russian businesses.

With extensive experience across Korea, Southeast Asia, Russia, and other international markets, he brings a practical understanding of market entry, infrastructure and engineering projects, investment strategy, and cross-border business development.

At RENO•VOLT, Robert supports the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, with a particular focus on international market expansion, infrastructure-related opportunities, investment, and global business networks.
